How do I contact you via phone?

Currently, we do not have a phone line. Please submit all customer service inquiries in writing to support@lionestore.com. We will make sure to answer all your questions and concerns within 24 hours to 72 hours (Holidays and weekends may vary)


How long will it take to receive my order? 

It generally take 4-6 weeks for you to receive your order if not specified wit the product. (This estimate is without any delays of customs, lost package by the shipping carrier or wrong shipping address provided). In order to bring unique products at competitive prices we don’t maintain any stocks - so it takes longer time to bring you the product direct from factory. 


What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal payment and major credit cards such as MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY 


Will I be notified when my order is shipped? 

Yes! You will receive an email confirming your order, and another when your order is shipped. If you did not receive an email from us within 5 business days please contact us. 


What should i do if I received a damaged item? 

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to customerisking@lionestore.com along with your order number and we would be happy to begin the exchange process.


When will i receive my refund? 

Please allow us 2-3 business days before a refund is placed after receiving the return order. And allow another 5-7 business days before the refund appears in your credit card or Paypal statement. 


What is your return policy? 

You can return or exchange any product for up to 7 days after receiving your order unless you purchased the 360 day warranty which grants you 360 days.
